Can I try premium features before paying?
If your therapist uses WT&F, you'll get premium features included when you link accounts. Otherwise, you can use all core features for free and upgrade when you're ready.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your entries are never deleted. If you downgrade, you'll still see your 7-day dashboard but can access older entries anytime from the entries list.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have premium access until the end of your billing period.
Is my data private?
Your data is encrypted and only accessible to you and any therapist you explicitly link with. We never sell or share your information.
